Twin Pines Courtyard consist of 2 merged house separated in the middle, Courtyard 1 is one of it. It has a modern wooden-style interior finishing. Twin Pines Courtyard 1 has 2 clean and neat living rooms with 2 sofa sets for you, your families & friends to relax and connect with one another. The dining area & the kitchen is located at the back of the house, it is also another great place for you to prepare, share food, spend quality time with your family members. The Living area, dining area & all rooms are air-conditioned, this is because we want to ensure our customers have a cold and comfortable surroundings to stay & relax.

Courtyard 1 has 3 beautiful rooms: Deluxe Queen Suite (2 pax), Deluxe Loft Suite (2 pax) & Deluxe Scholar Suite (2 pax). Deluxe Queen Suite has a queen-sized bed, a big ground to ceiling wooden wardrobe & an attached bathroom with bathtub. The Deluxe Loft suite has a specially crafted wooden loft bed access via a nice wooden staircase, there is another single bed below it, the room got a bathroom attached. Deluxe Scholar Suite had amazed some of our previous customers who loves reading, the suite has a huge bookshelf built along the walls. Besides, it has 2 single beds and a clothes closet in the room.The 3 suites can accommodate 6 people, 2 pax in each room.
